Absolute Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Course Wednesdays, 7.00pm, from 18th January 2023. For complete beginners to Tai Chi, or if you'd prefer more easy Qigong than Tai Chi.
Continuing Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Course Mondays, 7.00pm, from 16th January 2023. For those of you in Part 3.
Advanced Beginners Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Course Wednesdays, 5.30pm, from 18th January 2023. Suitable if you're in Part 6 of the Square form/ moving into Round Form.
Intermediate Level Tai Chi & Qigong Relaxation Course Mondays, 5.15pm, from 16th January 2022. Suitable if you're in the round form.
